Handlung

In the alternate early 21st century of the Hyakka Ryoran setting, the Tokugawa Shogunate has retained political power into the modern era, and student councils under Tokugawa influence enforce strict control over education and society. Yagyu Muneakira, a Yagyu Dojo instructor and student at Buou Gakuen Juku, opposes the Tokugawa student council's suppression of the anti-establishment Toyotomi faction.
