One of the levels released for Mario vs. Donkey Kong via e-Cards in Japan. It was released at the 20th Next Generation World Hobby Fair on e-Card ID 18-M001. It was given to attendees at the event, being very rare. It was not released in the Mario vs. Donkey Kong e+ set.
